The City of Gravette publishes its permits, forms and licenses process through City Hall. That page explains how permit applications and contractor documentation are handled. It does not state a universal roof-replacement exemption or a roof-specific fee.
Replacing a covering, repairing damaged decking and changing a roof’s structure are different scopes. The permit question should be resolved for the proposed work before it begins. A Gravette mailing address or ZIP code alone is not a substitute for checking current municipal limits.

Gravette’s published permit page asks for at least 24 hours’ notice and lists inspection availability Monday through Thursday, with no Friday inspections. Can I start with a roofing inspection before knowing the permit answer?
